O, busy days before Christmas! Buying gifts, sending cards across the sea, finding the perfect Christmas tree, buying decorations, backing cookies... Christmas is not at all about this. Is about a true gift that came on a cold winter day, in a stable. Didn't complained about the lack of warmth, about the missing Christmas tree or cookies on the table. He was happy with the hearts of those who received Him.
Christmas is about light. Not those that shine in a Christmas Tree.
Christmas is about goodness. Not of those who give the poor money or food.
Christmas is about love.Not ours but His.
In fact, all of this is about Jesus.
So you better make yourself a cup of tea (with incense of cinnamon) and have a conversation with the Man that was born on Christmas. I bet you have a lot to catch up (I know I do) and He has an eternity to listen...
