I bought these flowers today, from an old lady. I bought snowdrops, hyacinths from her , but these are my favorite. I love all flowers, they are beautiful in their own special way, but carnations bring sweet memories from when I was in primary school.
I remember I took the first place in literature, and when you get the first place on something you suppose to have a crown. My Mum made me a crown of carnations. She wasn't really excited, I remember, because, carnations are small, pettite flowers, and everyone else had bigger crowns than mine. But, I loved it, I felt as a princess, their beautiful smell surrounded me and made me forget about my shyness and my red spot on my right cheek that came along with it.
Buy some flowers today. :)
